Cross My Heart is a juried exhibition celebrating the art of the brooch hosted by Mora, a jewelry gallery in Asheville, North Carolina. All jewelers based in the United States are invited to apply, and there is no entry fee. Cross My Heart will showcase the work of 40 jewelers, curated by Marthe Le Van and the Mora gallery team.
Mora is passionate about brooches, and we are excited to share our enthusiasm through a major exhibition that coincides with the peak Autumn season in Asheville.
We are seeking one-of-a-kind brooches, pins, stick pins, and badges made by artists in a wide range of materials, techniques, and price points. The brooches must be well crafted and completely functional.
The exhibition is open for six weeks, from September 15 through October 31, 2025, with an opening reception on Thursday, September 18. The exhibition will run concurrently at Mora’s physical gallery and on its websitemoracollection.com.
The deadline for entry is Monday, July 7, 2025 and artists will be notified of their acceptance on or before Friday, July 28, 2025. If accepted, Mora will follow up with a full deadline schedule, an exhibition contract, and specific requests for promotional materials.
