Job Description

Mora is hiring a sales associate and display specialist. Position requirements include knowledge of and passion for jewelry, strong sales experience, and skill in art installation and merchandising.

The primary responsibility of a sales associate is to serve the jewelry artists Mora represents through effective customer communication and commerce. The ideal candidate is capable of offering an exceptional customer experience in a sophisticated retail environment. 

All sales associates fulfill a variety of additional daily tasks such as processing incoming and outgoing inventory, updating website listings, fulfilling orders, photography, display, cleaning, and other duties as assigned.

As a display specialist, you will join a team to conceptualize and plan exhibition design and window display, and then directly execute these designs. To this end, applicants should be skilled at hanging artwork and using hand tools. Preference will be given to applicants with gallery installation experience or similar detail-driven, technical expertise.

Compensation

This part-time position starts at 16-hours a week with a four-week, paid trial period to ensure a good fit. The starting rate is $25 per hour plus commission. Additional benefits include monthly bonuses, merchandise discounts, free parking, and paid vacation after six months. There is a high potential for pay increases and additional hours based on performance.
